Throughout the selection process, the application phase is sometimes seen as passive by our hiring team, just waiting for candidates to submit their resumes. However, your resume plays a crucial role as a selection tool, helping to differentiate between qualified and unqualified candidates.
Upon submission of your resume, the subsequent step entails a thorough review of each application either manually or with the aid of software to identify potential candidates for further consideration.
